November 17, 2023 – CENTER International Group Co., Ltd. (CENTER INT) has achieved another milestone in advancing the Belt and Road Initiative and deepening international production capacity cooperation. Its Indonesian subsidiary, PT. Longcent Desource, was officially inaugurated on November 17 at the headquarters of the Sinarmas Group in Jakarta.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by key leaders, including Mr. Liu Aisen, Chairman of CENTER INT; Mr. Zhu Tianyong, Vice President of CENTER INT; and Mr. Zhao Junyi, Director of PT. Longcent Desource, alongside core team members who jointly presided over the ribbon-cutting event.
This strategic move not only represents a crucial step in CENTER INT's expansion into the Southeast Asian market but also highlights its commitment to promoting "green technology going global" in alignment with the green development vision of the Belt and Road Initiative. By establishing a localized cooperation platform, CENTER INT aims to support regional industrial transformation and contribute to sustainable growth in Indonesia and beyond.
Through this venture, CENTER INT continues to demonstrate its leadership in integrating advanced green building solutions with international partnerships, fostering technological exchange, and driving the transition toward environmentally responsible infrastructure development.

November 18 – Mr. Liu Aisen, Chairman of CENTER International Group Co., Ltd. (CENTER INT); Mr. Yu Mengsheng, Chairman of Lingong Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd.; and Mr. Liu Yuxi, President of LONGi Green Energy Technology China Region, held an in-depth discussion with representatives from Oman Mining Company (OMCO).
The meeting focused on the demand characteristics of mining truck equipment in Indonesia's mining industry, identified key pain points in existing operational models, and explored the pressing need for green transformation. Drawing on their respective technical expertise, CENTER INT and Lingong Heavy Machinery provided a detailed overview of the adaptation and optimization strategies for Electric Vehicle (EV) mining trucks within the Indonesian operational context.
The discussion paved the way for the subsequent implementation of the first pilot project at a mine owned by Oman Mining Company, which will integrate "EV Mining Trucks + Integrated Photovoltaic-Storage-Charging Systems," aiming to establish a model green mining demonstration zone.
In the afternoon, PT. Longcent Desource and Lingong Heavy Machinery officially signed the EV Mining Truck Master Distribution Agreement for Indonesia. The signing of this agreement marks a critical step in promoting the integrated business model of “EV Mining Trucks + Solar-Storage-Charging Systems” in the Indonesian market. It establishes a solid cooperation framework for the subsequent joint project implementation with Oman Mining Company, accelerating the localization and deployment process of green mining equipment in the region.

In the evening, core representatives from CENTER International Group Co., Ltd. (CENTER INT), Lingong Heavy Machinery, and LONGi Green Energy Technology paid a visit to Mr. Lin Fengsheng, Chairman of Indonesia's Salim Group, for a high-level dialogue among multinational enterprises.
The discussion centered on the current energy structure of mining operations under the Salim Group and delved deeply into the scenario applicability of "EV Mining Trucks/Heavy-Duty Trucks + Integrated Solar-Storage-Charging Systems". Drawing on global experience in similar projects, the CENTER INT team presented an integrated solution of "Photovoltaic Power Station + Energy Storage System + Charging Network + Electric Equipment", precisely addressing the green energy needs of mining sites.
Additionally, regarding the Salim Group’s own reservoir resources, the parties held specialized talks on the investment and construction of floating photovoltaic power stations, exploring a dual-drive model of "Mining Decarbonization + New Energy Development". This initiative aims to accelerate the green electricity supply chain transformation across the Salim Group's industries, achieving a dual enhancement of ecological and economic benefits.

On the following day, the team from CENTER International Group Co., Ltd. (CENTER INT) conducted two intensive international meetings, advancing regional green cooperation:
CENTER INT and the Priamanaya Group reached a preliminary consensus on "Green Transformation for Port and Mining Scenarios". The Group expressed strong recognition of the dual value—operational cost reduction and carbon emission mitigation—offered by the "Integrated Solar-Storage-Charging + Electric Heavy-Duty Truck" model and proposed to proceed swiftly with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
During the meeting, Mr. Liu Aisen, Chairman of CENTER INT, outlined a development vision centered on "Intelligent, Integrated, and Green" industry growth, aiming to build new ecosystems and application scenarios. Both parties agreed to jointly advance the integrated solar-storage-charging infrastructure at LAHAT Port and promote pilot projects for EV mining trucks in mining operations, thereby supporting coordinated decarbonization across the logistics and mining industry chains.

Subsequently, the team proceeded to engage in focused discussions with MIND ID, Indonesia's state-owned mining group. The dialogue involved an in-depth analysis of the group's mine site distribution, energy consumption structure, and transition roadmap. Both sides exchanged insights on the pathway for large-scale deployment of electric mining trucks alongside supporting integrated photovoltaic-storage-charging infrastructure, laying a solid foundation for future collaboration aimed at building a green, ecologically integrated industrial chain.

From the establishment of PT. Longcent Desource in Indonesia as a localized Belt and Road operational hub to holding green cooperation talks with industry chain partners, CENTER International Group Co., Ltd. (CENTER INT) has consistently anchored its efforts in “industrial green transformation.” Leveraging the innovative model of “EV mining trucks + integrated solar-storage-charging systems” as a key driver, the company is deeply committed to advancing the “green, low-carbon, and sustainable” cooperation principles of the Belt and Road Initiative.
Through technological synergy, resource integration, and international collaboration, CENTER INT is accelerating the development of a green industrial ecosystem spanning mining, logistics, and energy sectors across Southeast Asia. This initiative not only provides a practical pathway for Chinese green technologies and equipment to expand globally, but also injects new momentum into the industrial upgrading of countries along the Belt and Road. By doing so, CENTER INT is helping foster synergistic growth of ecological and economic benefits in the region, contributing to a more sustainable and prosperous future.
