CENTER INT Group and Indonesia's Priamanaya Group Sign Strategic MOU to Jointly Promote Green Upgrades for Ports and Mines

On December 9, 2025, a delegation from Indonesia's Priamanaya Group visited the Beijing headquarters of CENTER INT Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “CENTER INT”). Following the visit, the two parties formally signed a Strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). They will engage in in-depth cooperation focusing on the “Dual-Scenario Green Upgrades for Ports and Mines.”

This international meeting and signing ceremony not only laid a solid foundation for deepening mutual trust and achieving win-win collaboration but also marks a crucial step forward for CENTER INT in implementing its global green development strategy and advancing international cooperation in the energy transition.

During the exchange surrounding this MOU signing, the two parties engaged in in-depth discussions and reached a consensus centered on the "Dual-Scenario Green Upgrades for Ports and Mines.

Mr. Machate Dieter, CEO of the Priamanaya Group, expressed high recognition for the "PV-Storage-Charging + Electric Heavy-Duty Trucks" model proposed by CENTER INT. He further presented a specific demand: planning to replace the group's fleet of fuel-powered heavy-duty road transport trucks with EV trucks and deploy the corresponding integrated PV-storage-charging infrastructure.

In response, Mr. Liu Aisen, Chairman of CENTER INT, stated that both parties would work together to advance an industrial ecosystem characterized by "Intelligentization, Integration, and Greening." He affirmed their active commitment to promoting cooperation on the aforementioned EV truck and integrated infrastructure project. This collaboration aims to support the realization of the integrated PV-storage-charging system at Priamanaya's LAHAT Terminal in Indonesia and the deployment of EV mining trucks at its mining sites. The shared goal is to jointly drive coordinated carbon reduction across the logistics and mining industry chains, focusing on practical application scenarios to co-create a blueprint for a low-carbon future.

During the visit, the Priamanaya Group delegation, accompanied by Mr. Yan Jian, Vice President of CENTER INT, toured the company's modern exhibition hall and rooftop photovoltaic installations. The exhibition hall centrally displayed cutting-edge technologies and successful cases, with the LONGi-CENTER INT BIPV system as a prime example. Through immersive interactive experiences and professional explanations, it vividly demonstrated the company's comprehensive capabilities in the green energy sector.

The delegation also conducted a field inspection of the LONGi-CENTER INT BIPV rooftop photovoltaic installation. They personally experienced the technological achievement of the high-level integration between photovoltaic modules and the building roof, expressing strong appreciation for its practicality and innovation.

CENTER INT and Indonesia's Priamanaya Group will take this signing as an opportunity to leverage their respective technological and resource advantages. They will jointly promote the large-scale application of green energy in Indonesia, support the local energy transition and sustainable development, achieve mutual benefit and win-win outcomes, and contribute industrial strength to global green and low-carbon development.
